Sheet Metal Processing Definition and Material Description
Sheet metal processing is simply defined as the processing of parts and sheet metal. Therefore, its application is also very wide. The commonly used materials are:
(1) Galvanized steel sheet
The raw material is ordinary cold-rolled steel plate, which is then obtained through a series of treatments. It has good processing performance, corrosion resistance and decoration.
(2) Ordinary cold rolled sheet
It refers to steel coil or sheet material, but it should be treated with rust prevention when it is used to prevent it from rusting.
(3) Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet
That is, if the steel sheet is galvanized, its hardness is higher than that of galvanized steel sheet, but its ductility and weldability are not as good as galvanized steel sheet.
(4) Stainless steel
Mainly SUS301 and SUS304, the mechanical properties are very good, but the former is not elastic.
